Agile Coach

This is a 6 month contract to hire role. Our client is NOT able to sponsor. We are not able to work Corp to Corp. This role would be onsite 2-3 days a week in the Woodlands, TX. Lead the development and implementation of an Agile transformation strategy for a complex billing system project primarily led by IBM.Setting up and eventually managing a full Agile team.Provide business-side counsel acting as or supporting the Product Owner.Collaborate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders from IBM, Siemens, CapGemini among others.Utilize Jira for project management tasks including tracking progress and coordinating team activities.Business Acumen & Product Ownership: Ability to provide strategic business counsel and serve in the capacity of Product Owner when necessary.Collaboration with Diverse Teams: Proven experience working with various groups such as IBM/Siemens/CapGemini; ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.Proficiency in Jira: Demonstrated experience using Jira for managing projects; adept at leveraging this tool for Agile methodologies.Additional Requirements:Skills:Agile, Agile methodology, Jira, Product management, Agile transformation, Development, Business analysis, Scrum, Scaled agile framework, Scaled agile, Scrum methodology, Sprint, Project management, Kanban, Agile methodologies, Sprint planning, User stories, Requirements gatheringAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Willingness to travel extensively initially and then potentially 2-3 times per week depending on project phase.Objective: To facilitate our transition into true Agile practices within a greenfield environment previously misidentified as Agile.About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
