What you'll do:
Build relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
Educate clients on various insurance products and conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs to recommend coverage options that meet "their best interest".
Guide clients through the application process and ensure their comprehension and satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a strong network of referrals.
Maintain relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Engage in ongoing training on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
