Property caretaker needed to provide maintenance, periodic cleaning & repair (landscaping, pipe, barbed wire and electric stock fences, buildings) and some livestock care. Requires verifiable experience with minor, carpentry, plumbing, painting, operating basic farm equipment, (tractor, welder, mowers, chainsaw, weedeater, etc.), mowing, and basic experience with cattle. Must have a valid driver's license & clean criminal background check. This is a year around job which requires physical labor and living on the property. The location is rural property in North Grayson County within 10 miles of Sherman, TX.
Compensation package includes salary (based on experience) paid 1st & 15th, 3 bedroom house w/ central heat & air and major appliances and utilities furnished, annual paid vacation, use of company truck for work.
