- Linux Admin with RedHat Satellite experience
- Minimum five years of system administration experiences in Red Hat LINUX, Windows, and networking equipment (F5 load-balancer)
- Expert knowledge with LINUX (Redhat) and Windows administration, in-depth knowledge of RedHat and Windows based distros
- Familiarity with a multitude of OS tools and utilities for managing, monitoring and troubleshooting Linux infrastructure and networks
- LINUX/UNIX shell scripting
- Experience with system administration of HP C7000 blades, DL380 and DL580 servers
- Experience and experience with VmWare
- Experience with supporting Oracle SQL database including Oracle RAC cluster
- knowledge of SAN architectures and Fibre Channel protocols
- Experience administering servers, backup operations, and systems monitoring in multiple and complex network server environments
- Experience with Server upgrades, O/S and firmware patching
- Expert troubleshooting and diagnostic skills and providing support to Operations personnel
- Experience supporting mission critical systems 24x7x365 including regular on-call for after-hour and weekend support
- Ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and execute parallel tasks in a highly motivated environment
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work independently. Must be able to perform duties with minimum supervision, and participate in cross-functional projects as scheduled
- Ability to drive issues to resolution using available vendor resources rapidly.
- Additional two years of technical experience with one of the following certifications: LINUX LPIC, Red Hat RHCSA, MCSE, Cisco Certification, Red Hat RHSE, VmWare
- Advanced experience with Satellite, Puppet and Ansible
