We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to join our team in building, repairing, and maintaining guardrails. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work any shift as projects demand, possess strong knowledge of construction heavy equipment, reading blue prints and be open to traveling around Texas and staying on-site until the project is completed. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Schedule: Start time is 5:30 AM; days vary by project.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Supervise laborers, with the number of workers varying by project
Ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
Requirements:
Availability for any shift
Strong knowledge of construction heavy equipment
Willingness to travel and stay on-site until project completion
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
