Residential and Commercial Electrical Contracting Company looking for a full-time office person. Our business office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 3:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm. Some of the requirements and job duties will include, but not limited to:
Answering Phones
Making Detailed Appointments
Entering vendor invoices into QuickBooks
General office work
Creating excel forms and spreadsheets
Scanning forms
QuickBooks knowledge
MUST BE DETAILED ORIENTED
EXCELLENT FOLLOW THROUGH SKILLS ON TASKS
Must have good phone skills/be personable
Must be punctual and dependable
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass random drug tests
