Working primarily in San Marcos overseeing commissary & prep for our new restaurant in Wimberley

Industry In San Marcos just celebrated it's 6th year of business (and our Austin location 2 years).

We are opening a smaller restaurant on the square in Wimberley where all our prep will be done in San Marcos and delivered there. The restaurant there will be a one-person operation focusing on a smaller version of our Industry menu.

Our menu features a wide variety of scratch made dishes with a special emphasis of smoked meats and vegetables. Industry is meant to be your all day, every day hangout, and a subtle homage to life in the service industry; that means taking care of our staff and treating them like family is who we are. What does that mean?

As KM we'll need you to oversee ordering, scheduling, and inventory management all handled out of our San Marcos store. While our recipes are pretty set in stone, there is always room for evolution and new flavors you might bring to the table. A few times/week you'll check on the Wimberley location for quality control, etc. but you will primarily be grounded at Industry and present for key shifts and volume. Your general manager has been here 5 years and is running both FOH and BOH currently so you will have tremendous support and mentorship in this role.

Your compensation will come out of both locations and can vary greatly depending on our agreed upon scope and experience. While this is technically 2 restaurants, the responsibilities are actually a little easier than just coming in and taking over one restaurant that needs work. We are already dialed in and looking for an adult to maintain our standard and take pressure off our GM. Quality of life for this position is high and we feel our greatest selling point for this position!

We list this as an hourly position, but salary is absolutely a possibility. Must have reliable transportation as you'll be taking product to between restaurants frequently (which you'll be compensated for also)
