Description Our well-established accounting firm client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the company's accounts payable responsibilities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.Responsibilities:
Review, verify, and enter invoices in the system for payments.
Process payment of invoices on a timely basis.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare analysis of accounts.
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Previous experience as an AP Specialist.
Proficient in MS Office software and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
