Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty/Diesel Mobile Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty equipment and vehicles on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repairs and a commitment to safety and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
Proven experience as a heavy-duty/diesel mechanic or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Valid driver's license; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must have Service Truck and tools
