We’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable landscaper to help revitalize and maintain the landscaping at our commercial residential facility. This is a part-time, as-needed position—perfect for someone seeking weekend or side work who truly takes pride in transforming outdoor areas.
About the Role
We want to turn our grounds into the jewel of the neighborhood! You’ll be responsible for a wide variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and curb appeal.
Responsibilities:
Install weed barrier fabric and edging in flower beds
Plant, trim, and maintain shrubs, flowers, and ornamental plants
Perform lawn mowing and string trimming with a neat, finished look
Mulching, soil amendment, and seasonal planting/cleanup
Maintain, repair, and adjust sprinkler systems and drip irrigation
Weed control and removal (manual and chemical as needed)
Identify plant health issues and recommend solutions
Suggest and implement landscape improvements to enhance appearance
General outdoor maintenance to keep the property looking its best
What We’re Looking For:
Proven landscaping/horticultural experience (commercial/residential a plus)
Strong plant knowledge—know what thrives locally and how to keep it looking great
Familiarity with irrigation systems (sprinkler/drip repair/adjustment)
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Your own basic tools and reliable transportation required
Dependable, punctual, and able to take initiative
Someone who will take ownership and pride in the property’s appearance
