When I came to San Antonio in 1992 and started my company I had this idea that what I really want to do was to make all my customers lazy and dependent on me so that no matter what happened in their restaurants and no matter what time or day: all they had to do was to call me and I would come and fix it.
IT WORKED!
I still want to do the same thing but today we are a little bit bigger now. I Am looking for someone who can take care of my customers and make sure they are completely and ecstatically happy every minute of the day during their repair time for their equipment.
