We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team, specializing in precast and concrete projects. This position requires frequent travel (80% of the time) and offers the potential for a company vehicle. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, a strong team player, and a leader who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Interpret and read blueprints to ensure project accuracy.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure all work adheres to company standards and regulatory compliance.
Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Facilitate clear and timely communication across all teams.
Travel to various project sites, working hands-on with teams in the field.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (fluent in English and [Second Language]).
3-5 years of experience in precast or concrete construction.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership abilities and a team-player mindset.
Computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, etc.).
