Position: Salesperson/Arborist
Location: [San Antonio, Texas]
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with potential customers to assess tree care needs and provide accurate recommendations.
Sell tree services, including pruning, removal, planting, and maintenance.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare estimates and service contracts.
Provide expert arborist advice and knowledge to customers.
Promote the company's services and enhance our reputation in the community.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in tree service or arboriculture.
Sales experience, preferably in the tree care or landscaping industry.
Strong knowledge of tree care practices and arboricultural standards.
Ability to assess tree health, identify pests and diseases, and recommend treatments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid driver’s license.
