Ea Pro Painters is looking for skilled estimators who are in the painting / flooring /construction filed and have sales experience only.
EA will provide qualified sales people a car, phone and laptop after 1-2 months of employment once we see you are meeting the numbers for long term employment.
We are only looking in people who have the experience and are committed to long term employment no short term or people with no experience. Experience will be verified prior to starting and results will show with in first week.
You will be responsible to the fallowing
1. Calling/texting leads that come in and scheduling estimates.
2. Sending out estimates right away.
3. Fallowing up and closing the job.
Once the job is closed manager will take over and execute the project.
If at is every 2 weeks. Salary is $8,000 a month
Requirement is to land no less then $150k a month in gross sales to have full time work. After 150k we offer bonuses
