The main purpose of the Armed Security Officer position is to provide security services to a wide range of clientele and their patrons. Success in this role is demonstrated by effectively ensuring the safety and security of our clients premises, assets and personnel. This includes timely response to incidents, accurate documentation, proactive security measures and excellent customer interactions. As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in upholding our company's reputation, safeguarding assets, and contributing to a positive and safe work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor premises, enforce security protocols, respond to alarms, conduct patrols, assist with emergencies, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
. Level 3 pocket card in hand
. Must have full duty belt and weapon.
. Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred
. Strong observation and surveillance skills
. Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
. Must have phone (cell or home)
. Must have reliable transportation
. Must have quality duty equipment (NO SERPA)
. Must be able to work NIGHTS/WEEKENDS
. Must be able to communicate well (verbally and in written English form)
. Must have a professional & clean appearance
. Must have a professional demeanor and be customer service oriented
. Must have a valid Texas Drivers License or Texas ID
. Must have a Social Security Card (or other Employment Authorization Document)
