This is a unique operation led by a seasoned commercial real estate agent/ trade advisor with 16 years in the business and its license is sponsored by a Doctor of International Finance with almost 40 years of commercial asset management and development experience.
The paid position is designed to be short term (60 to 90 days max), but may very likely be a jumping off point for an exciting and lucrative career in Real Estate/ Asset Management. Our main motivation for providing a free training program is intended to begin the "partner track" for the training individual to lead their own division within our company eventually. [think of it as almost a wax-on/ wax-off situation, but I'm not asking you to paint my fence in exchange for lessons, I am paying you to learn how to build a book of business in the real estate industry fast!]
Ideal candidate will have an active real estate license (or preparing to become licensed) with at least some brokerage experience and a willingness to take on different types of real estate aspects, property types and transaction types.
Unlicensed: if you are unlicensed, but can prove yourself as a results-driven superstar with a sharp business acumen and strong work ethic, there may be an opportunity in business development.
