Must work well with other team members.
Must have solid knowledge base of basic systems and components of a residential home.
Must have a good computer and typing skills.
Must be physically able to work with a ladder to access, roofs and attic spaces and enter crawl spaces.
Must be available to work some weekends.
Must authorize a background check, driving record check, and drug test.
Initial and on-going training will be required and provided both on site and at home self-study.
