Primary responsibility will be the administration of all commercial leases in properties managed by the Company. Administration includes, implementing lease set-up, lease abstracting, lease renewal or rent increase set-up, tenant expense billings including tenant adjustments for operating expenses, implementation of annual budgets and reconciliation; handle tenant billings, contacting vendors to handle miscellaneous repairs, etc. and ability to research and answer tenant lease and billing questions.
This position requires you be DETAIL ORIENTED, organized, reliable, self-motivated, courteous, able to work as a team player, and able to prioritize and perform multiple projects. Experience in Appfolio/Yardi/MRI a benefit. Must have a good communication skills and command of the English language, be able to spell and accurately proofread correspondence prior to mailing. Must be able to balance large volume of data with attention to detail; work independently and be well-organized. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff within the company
