Solar panel company looking for a customer service representative
Requirements:
-Must speak fluent English and Spanish
-Computer proficiency
-Good typing skills
-Customer Service experience prefer
-Be a self starter.
-Work without supervision
Tasks:
-Answer phones
-Submit customer requests
-Keep request updated accordingly (Monday.com)
-Answer Emails
-Coordinate technicians schedules for diagnoses and services based on customer requests
-Verify Installation warranty for customer
-If warranty expired, asses the determine fee in order to service customer.
-Send invoices thru Quick-books
-Do production analysis for customers when requested
-Communicate with technicians and managers as required.
-Send calls to the appropiate department.
We are looking to fill this position to start next week
Bi-weekly pay
Must have a strong personality and emotional intelligence
Monday to Friday
8 am to 5 pm
