Administrative Assistant Needed for Busy Automotive Repair Facility
Approximately 30 hours per week.
Hours will vary M-F 7am to 6pm,
Looking for a self starter to assist the Store Manager with the following responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Setting Appointments
- Assist with Parts Returns, Cores & Credits
- Producing Reports as Needed
- Organizing & Filing Repair Orders, Parts Invoices, and Sales Receipts
- Will become State Inspector Certified
Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail and email, and being helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Organization
- Multi- tasker
- Motivated
- Self - Starter
- Comfortable with computers, general office tasks
