STARTING WAGE: $16 / hr (you can earn up to $19 hr starting depending on your performance and experience)

I am ultimately looking for someone who will inspire ME and is exceptional in managing and organization who could possibly move into a Production Management position. A Management position would require you to perform the same tasks as the other employees, but compensation would be greater. This candidate needs to be passionate, motivated and eager to learn, go above and beyond what is expected of them and who wants to improve their financial situation and grow and become a part of an exciting locally owned fragrance company.
This job is for someone who takes initiative to improve the existing production processes, someone who is proactive and doesn't wait for someone to tell them what to do. This position requires you to be organized and able to manage the production steps of each product and determine which product and client order needs to be completed in sequential order.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Fill, label, attach sprayers, test, pack and ship plastic and glass fragrance bottles and reed diffusers of various sizes for hotel and home use. Blend wax, unpack candle glass, wick glass, pour, label, clean pack and ship fragranced candles. You will not be on a production line performing the same task for hours. This is a repetitive position, and at times monotonous, requiring employees to produce 100's of units of product at times during the various production steps; however, the tasks are varied daily. One of the primary job tasks is boxing and HAND WRAPPING, LIKE A GIFT, the Hotel Emma Candle and Room Scent. (Last year, we hand-wrapped almost 7,000 boxes) Responsibilities also include organizing and cleaning the warehouse workspace daily.
