The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented paralegal to play a key role in supporting our personal injury practice. This work-from-home position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to design a work-life balance that works for you. In this role, you will work directly with the attorney, assisting with all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client interviews and gather case information
Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and motions
Manage case files electronically and maintain meticulous organization
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings
Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and medical professionals
Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment
