A Stone Countertop Install Helper assists in the installation of stone countertops, providing support to lead installers in various tasks such as stone material handling, cutting, and assembly. They may also be responsible for cleaning job sites and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with Stone Counter Top Installation: Help with the installation of stone countertops, stone backsplashes, and other related fixtures, following project specifications and safety guidelines.
Stone Material Handling: Transport, load, and unload materials safely to and from job sites. Equipment Support: Assist with the maintenance and operation of tools and equipment.
Cleaning & Organization: Help maintain a clean and organized work environment at the job site, in the work shop and in the work vehicle.
Safety Compliance: Follow company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Basic Measurements & Cutting: May assist with taking measurements and basic cutting of materials.
Skills & Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
Basic Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate measurements and installations.
Teamwork & Communication: Ability to work effectively with others and communicate clearly. Able to speak English & Spanish
