Currently in search of a punch list assistant with experience in multiple trades to assist with day to day tasks on a garden style multi family job. Ideal candidate will have basic skills to perform carpentry, painting, small concrete repairs, flooring, and other general labor task. Must have own transportation and be driven to perform task with minimum supervision. Pay will be based on performance and experience. Hours are 7-4:30 M-F, some Saturdays.
