BLM Companies has the Subcontract for HUD Property Preservation Maintenance in your State.
Independent contractors are needed in your area to perform various types of inspections and services to ensure that each property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. Contractors perform Cleanouts, Debris Removal, Inspections, Yard Maintenance and Snow Removal.
Skilled background involving Property Maintenance, Property Management, Property Preservation, General Contractor or Handyman work would be helpful but not required.
We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies to perform duties as subcontractors set up with your own Equipment, Vehicle and Business Insurance. Training is available.
