Looking for a reliable person to maintain a residential property in NE San Antonio. 15-20 hours per week (during the hours of 8:30 – 3:30 M-F), not for a landscaping company or temp agency. $18 per hour plus $.67 per mile for truck usage.
The responsibilities included:
General Handyman work:
Painting / sheetrock / trim work
Minor woodwork
Minor electrical
Basic home repairs
Errands
Pressure washing
General yard maintenance:
Mowing, trimming, edging
Picking up leaves & Yard clean-up
Fertilizing
Pulling weeds & Clearing branches
Trimming trees and shrubs
Yard tool maintenance
Hauling trash and branches
Must haves:
Relevant experience
Be able to pass a criminal background check (for violent crimes and theft only)
Reliable truck as transportation
