Crew members: this career opportunity is for individuals looking to further their career in a professional trade. Crew members start working on the ground helping climbers rig branches, chip brush and help manage work on the ground. Opportunities for career advancement are available as a foreman, climber, plant healthcare technician or sales arborist. Pay Starts at $18 per hour.
Tree Climbers: this career opportunity is for beginner to advanced tree climbers. Beginner climbers typically have 1-3 years working for a professional tree company and experienced climbers have more than 3 years of climbing experience. Opportunities for career advancement are available as a foreman, plant healthcare technician or sales arborist. Pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $22-27 per hr.
