Looking for motivated maintenance person to perform general carpentry, painting, irrigation, pool cleaning, etc. Exterior work. Must have reliable transportation. Monday thru Friday 7-4. Paid holidays. Paid sick leave and pto after 60 days.
Will work with a small crew.
