Job Description:

Are you a dedicated therapist with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and teenagers? We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Therapist to join our small private practice in the heart of Pleasanton, Texas. This is a 1099 contractor position, offering the flexibility and fulfillment of working with young individuals aged 8-18 in a supportive and community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy sessions for children and teenagers aged 8-18.

Develop personalized treatment plans to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

Collaborate with families, schools, and other community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress notes.

Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Current Texas state license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent; Associates and Interns will be considered).

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic or school setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
