General Manager

Fast pace, high-quality dental clinic with amazing team seeks talented experience general manager with dental and Dentrix knowledge. Applicants must have history of managing large teams of employees knowing the HR rules and regulations required as well as those of a dental office able to work in a team environment with reference and background check. Applicants must be educated and able to work over 40 hours a week including Saturday and some evenings with stable job history and great people skills. We seek a leader who is able to bring people together with good communication and conflict resolution skills to offer training, problem-solving, marketing, recruiting, and the ability to double our revenue to get us back on track since the pandemic. Light accounting skills.Organization and reliability a must. Career minded, exceptional individuals only to join our nice team. Duties include marketing, recruiting, HR, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, managing the schedule, organizing the day/week, controlling our budget, and overseeing all other aspects associated with a dental clinic.
