EXPERIENCED Medical Assistant

EXPERIENCED Medical Assistant needed for BUSY NE Family Practice Group. Seeking mature, reliable employee to perform specific duties to include: obtaining vitals, giving injections, performing EKG's, accurately documenting in electronic medical records, obtaining medication prior authorizations and taking detailed phone messages. This position includes some administrative work including scheduling and communicating with patients. Good communication skills a must. Experience with Electronic Medical Records required and experience with AthenaHealth a plus. Minimum 3 years experience performing these specific duties is required. This is a full-time position.
