Chiropractic office seeks Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist. MUST BILINGUAL (SPANISH)
Front desk responsibilities : Ensure smooth operations of practice which include: greeting patients, checking in/out patients, answering phones, scanning documents into files, correctly entering patient information into system. Computer scheduling, insurance verification, collecting co pays, sending referrals, emailing and contacting case managers. Keeping reception area neat, assisting in cleaning treatment rooms, rooming patients. Assist patients with stretches. Opportunity to cross train to assist in patient therapies such as electric muscle stim, heat/ice and traction. Previous chiropractic office experience a plus. You will translate for doctor when needed.
