Es función de los Asistentes de Panadero ser responsables de preparar los productos alimenticios cumpliendo con los altos estándares de calidad y sanidad del Restaurante La Familia Cortez. El estricto cumplimiento de las recetas estandarizadas es fundamental y debe mantenerse en todo momento. Otros deberes, responsabilidades y requisitos incluyen, entre otros, los siguientes:
Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements:
Experienced in making of Mexican Pan Dulce (pastries)
Assist with preparation, cooking, baking, packing;
Assist in the preparation of bread, cookies, cupcakes, and pan dulces;
Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner;
Understands kitchen equipment and the operation of the equipment;
Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant;
Assists in keeping all food storage areas, refrigerator, freezer, etc. clean and organized;
Handles, stores, and rotates all food items properly;
Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills;
Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas;
Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Bakery Supervisor.
