Page Barteau Catering is a high-end catering company in San Antonio, TX. We specialize in weddings, corporate events, house parties, and lunch deliveries.
We are looking for qualified staff to help us, and train to become a Banquet Captain! The Banquet Captain position is responsible for the event execution, delegate to staff their duties for the event, communicate with the client in a professional manner, and follow Page Barteau Catering policies.

Must be punctual, hard-working, and eager to learn
Former catering positions of leadership, such as Banquet Captain experience, preferred
Must be willing to train as a server/bartender for several weeks before becoming a Captain
At least 1 year catering experience REQUIRED
Current, valid driver’s license REQUIRED
Must have, or be willing to get, a Food Handlers Certification
Must be TABC certified
Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds
Open availability preferred, as events could be any time of the day/week
