Our client, located in San Antonio, TX, is currently in need of 8x TS/SCI cleared Help Desk Support Consultants for a 1 year contract. The consultant's will work onsite in support of monitoring and reading tickets to either assign or escalate to higher level resources. The consultants will need to interpret system and tool outputs to understand if an issue is present and then engage resources as necessary to resolve. The consultant will then own follow-up through to the issue being resolved and report back on it. Required Skills:
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Ability to support a rotating 24x7 schedule with 10 hour shifts
- Prior experience monitoring systems and creating help desk tickets
- Strong organization and communication skills
- System troubleshooting experience
- Dell server experience
