RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a full-time, contract to hire Tier II Desktop Technician. The position will serve as a resource to the student workers who may have questions in regard to troubleshooting, equipment ordering, etc. The current model is 80% in person work and 20% phone support work. The client wants to switch this ratio and is looking for someone who is capable of helping them transition.
REQUIREMENTS: A+ certification The ability to become CJIS certified 1-5 years of IT/tech/hardware related experience Ability to learn concepts quickly; Some technical training will be provided, so this is crucial to the role Customer service oriented Prioritizes professionalism Values a close-knit team and demonstrates the ability to get along well with others Preferred: experience working at a University on computers/desktop supportKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
