Job Description
- Represent the company as the SMEfor solutions and technology when specifying solutions for customers
- Provide pre-sales consultation and expertise
- Work directly with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers
- Daily tasks include inside sales support, application engineering, outside sales support
- Responsibilities will vary and may include presentations, quotes, submittals, technical product support, job site visits and hands on troubleshooting as needed
- Createsolution diagrams and worksheets that produce detailed project cost summariesand project overview documentation, both for sales as well as for internal Engineering teams
- Provide top notch customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to serve the customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or equivalent years of industry experience required
- Minimum (5) years’ experience in product marketing and/or visual media design desired
- 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience desired
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience desired
