Patient Access CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with 2-3 different EMR systems and will be responsible for checking in and checking out patients, verifying date of birth and insurance, collecting payments, creating appointments, contacting patients for 'no-shows' or rescheduling appointments, and sending out dictated letters from the doctor via email to patients.Responsibilities

Work with 2-3 different EMR systems.

Check in and check out patients.

Verify date of birth and insurance.

Collect payments (credit card/check).

Create appointments for patients checking out.

Contact patients for 'no-shows' or rescheduling appointments.

Send out dictated letters from the doctor via email to patients.

Essential Skills

1+ years of experience in a medical office

High level of customer service skills.

Computer skills.

Data entry and front desk experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
