This role will sit on the Digital Strategy team and will work cross-functionally to plan and execute channel strategies as well as ad hoc paid media campaigns.Strong candidates are both detail and action-oriented; focused on marketing outcomes but capable of building and adhering to processes. The ideal person wants to dive in and learn our business, brings deep technical expertise in digital ad operations, and takes ownership of paid campaign performance.Key Responsibilities
Planning, configuring, and managing paid ad campaigns for 8+ client verticals and internal teams
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results on campaign performance
Conducting keyword research, testing ad placement + copy, advising spend, and continuously adjusting and optimizing for efficiency
Owning paid search and social to drive qualified leads
Interfacing with internal stakeholders and teams to advocate for paid media, offer education and channel expertise
Prepare and present reports with insights to drive KPI, budget, and marketing strategy decisions
Help support the training and growth for more junior members of the team
Collaborate with the Digital Strategy and Marketing Strategy teams on CRO (conversion rate optimization) efforts, and maintaining a view of the entire user flow
Manage third-party paid media partnerships
Stay current on paid media practices, trends, and industry updates
The skills you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience of in-platform paid advertising experience including Google, Bing and LinkedIn
Proven track record in managing both small and large budgets (ranging from $2k - $50k+ monthly spend)
In-depth understanding of search engines, up-to-date techniques, ranking factors, and principles for sound SEM strategy.
2+ years of experience building, defending, and reporting on paid media plans
2+ years of experience managing third party media partners
Passion for optimization, testing and learning systematic strategies to improve performance
Experience helping teams and decision-makers manage expectations - and fielding calls, questions and requests
Can produce error-free work under tight deadlines
Can write and iterate on ad copy

Experienced in ad serving and ad operations
Programmatic (DSP) buying/trading experience
