Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role is vital in ensuring that all messaging aligns with the company's objectives and enhances our brand voice across multiple platforms (excluding social media). The ideal candidate is organized, articulate, and skilled in both written and verbal communication.ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting, editing, and prooing company communications, including memos, newsletters, reports, and press materials.Coordinate communication between departments and assist in maintaining internal documentation.Support the execution of communication strategies and campaigns.Schedule and prepare content for meetings, briefings, and presentations.Maintain and update communication templates and resources.Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to align messaging across business units.Track communication metrics and prepare summary reports.
