RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's growing client is looking for a Business Enablement Leader to add to their team in San Antonio, TX.
Summary:In this role, the Business Enablement Leader will serve as the primary point of contact between the business units, technology teams and support teams. The Business Enablement Leader will evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), and/or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certifications Lean Six Sigma certifications Change Management Professional (PROSCI) certification 6+ years of experience in a problem-solving function with demonstrated experience in setting the portfolio strategy for and the execution of projects with an organization-wide impact Proven ability to consider and understand business issues and concepts Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications Ability to work in San Antonio, or travel to San Antonio as needed Experience managing a large IT portfolio or leading a group of portfolio managers and/or a project management departmentKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
