Manager/SrPosition will be
filled at the level of experience of candidate chosen.Work Location –
Anywhere in the US – Open to work from homeResponsible for working with management to identify and implement varied
projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise
goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: ·
Identifies
potential issues, project change, and scope. ·
Leads
efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business
partners, and resources required. ·
Develops
and designs processes and systems that support business needs. ·
Designs
methods for integrating function and process. ·
Conducts
cost/benefit analyses. ·
Builds
support for business change throughout the business unit. ·
Experience implementing medium to large sized
and complex projects.Additional skills that are highly desired include:·
Experience developing and delivering senior
executive level presentations. ·
Program Integrity Experience.·
Coordination of Benefits knowledge.·
Cost of Care/Total Program Savings Experience.·
Experience with Agile and Waterfall IT Project
Management.·
Project Management Certification.·
Lean/Six Sigma Certification.Business Change Manager Sr:Requires
a BA/BS degree in a related field; 8-10 years of process improvement, business
change or project related experience that includes experience in successfully
developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and
knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience,
which would provide an equivalent background. For URAC accredited areas the
following applies: Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal
communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and
analytical skills.Business Change Manager:Requires
a BA/BS degree in a related field; 5-8 years of process or project related
experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing
projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process
redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide
