Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing financial records, including sales, receipts, payments, and reconciliations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing QuickBooks Online to handle all accounting operations.Responsibilities: Handle all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers with the highest level of accuracy Review financial data, report, and audit by accurately tracking expenses and budget for the business Utilize Quickbooks Online to manage all accounting operations including Bills, A/R, A/P, GL, and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, prepare and correct discrepancies Manage accounts payable, coordinate bank deposits, and generate financial statements Ensure all financial transactions align with the current financial legislation Work closely with the accounting team to create and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks Online Enforce established accounting policies and procedures to assure timely and accurate reporting Oversee the monitoring of customer accounts and take appropriate action Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) Capable of performing Bank Reconciliations Demonstrated skills in Bookkeeping Comfortable with Data Entry tasks Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel Experience in handling Month End Close procedures Familiarity with QuickBooks software Experience in Credit Card Reconciliation Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
