Description Our client a Large Commercial Real Estate Firm is looking for a contract administrative system to assist with but not limited to the following job duties. Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research handling information requests and performing clerical functions. Typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office. Answer phones Greet tenants/vendors. Sending out tenant memos Help issuing access cards. Possible invoice processing Possible delinquent calls Work closely with security guards and janitorial teams to ensure coverage. Process work orders in Yardi. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills multi-tasking customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage onersquos time. Yardi experience or similar respond to work orders Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. Education/Experience:Requirements 2-3 Years Experience as administrative professional. Experience in answering inbound calls and handling inquiries. Ability to manage invoices and conduct research effectively. Familiarity with 'About Time' software. Knowledge of security measures in a real estate setting. Experience in managing vendors and performing clerical duties. Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills and Written Communication abilities. Understanding of delinquencies and tenant relations in real estate. Experience in processing work orders. Proficiency in various computer programs, particularly 'Yardi' software.
