To join our expanding team, we are looking for a customer service/legal representative.
In addition to providing customer service, your duties will include a few fundamental legal duties.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, giving prompt answers to customer questions related to our law firm
Manage moderate to large amounts of incoming phone calls
Introduction calls to clients
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Scheduling attorney appearances
Uploading all legal documents and summons to our CRM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer literacy: The ability to use computer tools and technologies related to a standard CRM
- Reliable transportation
