Requirement:
- Must have permission to work in the USA.
- Age at least 18 years old - up.
- More experience prefer.
- Make ready/turn over, renovate unit skill if needed, tiles skill installation, plumbing skill, sewer repair, Drywall repair, and air conditioner repair skill is a plus.
- You should have your own tools.
- You must have transportation.
- Honesty and integrity are a priority.
- The background check requirement.
