This job is ideal for a single person or a couple looking to work and live on-site. If you are interested in the below responsibilities but want to continue to live in San Angelo, we can pay $15/hr.
Responsibilities will include:
-Housekeeping
-Paperwork and checking quality of housekeeping
-Hiring Housekeepers- managing time & people
-Handling check-ins at all hours of the day and night (Basic Computer Skills necessary)
-Laundry & Folding
-General repairs around the property including limited plumbing (skills can be taught but priority will go to those who have some experience)
This is a managerial position. Should have either Housekeeping experience or Managerial experience. As a manager, you are expected to have:
-Good communication skills
-Personality manager
-Good time management
-Ability to hold people accountable
-Be able to motivate staff to work efficiently and provide quality
-Be a problem solver. Not a problem creator or identifier.
Must speak English & Spanish.
