- Hardware / IT Infrastructure background & technical skills & understanding
- Technical background & experience with infrastructure, data centers (migrations), systems, engineering, etc.
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including executive presence to work directly with VPs and other C-level leaders
- Presenting to colleagues and senior management, and successfully persuading on recommendations to significantly improve business performance
- Provide customer engagement for the delivery of Infrastructure
- POC for strategic alignment with the customers and IPE on addressing capacity needs, internal customer Infrastructure demands, .and understanding future requirements
- Work with multiple business teams to manage the demand of the capacity
- Drive resolution of issues and risks, and mitigate escalations before they happen
- Understand and communicate our team's infrastructure and network strategy, technologies, and cloud service offerings relevant to the business
- Learn the business organization, strategy, goals and priorities
- Help lead roadmap planning activity by providing an insight into your business segment's demand; Prioritize and maintain demand pipeline
- Set expectations and communicate proactively on deliverables with the business
