- Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
- Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
- Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
- Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
- Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
- Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
- 5+ years of IT systems development experience, with primary focus in the Microsoft solution stack and AWS/Microsoft Cloud technologies
- 2+ years of experience and in depth understanding of the capabilities in SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform
- 2+ years of experience and knowledge of SharePoint Online features for collaboration and business process automation; custom web parts, data list and maintenance.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of software development: Translate business requirements into system requirements, Analysis, Research, Prototyping, Design and Development
- Experience working in Agile development teams and a self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic team environment
- (Preferred)Experience building applications in AWS Cloud/Azure Cloud
- (Preferred) Experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Mendix
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile/Scrum practices
- A detail-oriented “go-getter” and “critical thinker” mindset with the courage to learn new topics and become the subject matter expert
