Come be a part of what makes us so special!The OpportunityThis role will help drive the Data, Analytics and AI product strategy for Enterprise Risk & Compliance (ERC). As a dedicated Product Strategy Lead, you will create and execute a multi-year roadmap for Data, Analytics and AI products aligned with the organization strategy and goals. You will manage product lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders to design and address requirements, and drive adoption through engagement and clear communication. You will also establish and track KPIs to ensure product success and usability.Key components of the role will be to bring the right combination of industry experience/insights and technical expertise to define the art of the possible for data, analytics, and AI products, and drive/promote internal discussions, planning and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure success. The individual will work closely with enterprise, business and data, analytics, and AI architects/experts to build and deliver on an optimal product design and components. The individual will deliver product features and initiatives tied to product lifecycle including outcomes addressed, design requirements, release planning, feature descriptions, UI / UX requirements, socialization with users / stakeholders, establishment of feedback loop, and product adoption - in co-ordination with data, analytics, and AI teams and in close alignment with key Risk and Compliance business stakeholders.We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.What you'll do:

Create multi-year roadmap for the Data, Analytics and AI products aligned with the strategy and goals of the organization and enterprise.

Drive visioning sessions on key Data, Analytics & AI product capabilities focusing on business needs, emerging opportunities and technological advancements shaping target state.

Produces and verifies clear and concise business requirements, business process documents and support documentation using a flexible and adaptable approach, emphasizing creative/ innovative strategies.

Support end-to-end product development through its lifecycle from ideation, development, implementation, release, usage, and governance.

Partner with all the stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities to translate them into actionable product goals and data solutions.

Support adoption of products through user engagement, clear communication and value proposition demonstration and effective change management.

Define KPIs to measure success of the products and review product performance on a periodic basis to drive usability and effectiveness.

Oversees, reviews, and develops analytic solutions and confirms customer needs are identified/met. Provides alternative measurement recommendations.

Partners with team members to conduct and lead business analysis, leads the development of an analytical solution strategy and Identifies and oversees new concepts for testing.

Serves as a trusted advisor and advocate across the organization, effectively communications with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on objectives and outcomes.

Defines and communicates functionality, customer value and business requirements, proactively addressing impediments related to people, processes, or technology.

Analyzes external market trends and incorporates insights into solutions and metrics to inform strategic business decisions.

Produces detailed artifacts to scope and secure funding for identified product initiatives.

Collaborates with executives, subject matter experts, solution owners, and cross-functional teams to align and integrate business, information, and technical roadmaps, leveraging best practices and tools to meet organizational needs.

Mentors and trains team members, ensuring compliance with standards, quality expectations. And the dissemination of best practices across programs and projects.

Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have:

Bachelor's degree in a Business or Science discipline; OR 4 additional years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

8 years of experience working in an agile environment on business intelligence/analytics, creating requirements documents, establishing relationships with partners and vendors, and working with Information Technology teams.

Experience building roadmaps and strategic planning for complex integrated technical/analytical projects.

Experience translating the vision to the leadership teams and providing the business value delivered to the organization.

Extensive experience working on projects requiring statistical analysis, explanatory analysis, and predictive analytics.

Comprehensive experience with Design Thinking, Agile Methodologies and supporting tools.

Experience developing and building reports in order to monitor performance and drive business value.

Experience working with Data Development Lifecycle and Information Management principles (metadata management and Data Quality).

Experience working in an industry that is complex, multi-channel and/or regulated industry.

What sets you apart:

6 or more years of experience in product strategy at a top product company

Exposure to working with Financial Services clients in the Risk & Compliance space.

Demonstrated strong product strategy experience in the areas of Data, Analytics and AI products across product development lifecycle.

Strong experience in Product design, UI / UX

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build consensus.

Deep understanding of Risk & Compliance data and AI environment, including solutions in Enterprise/Operational Risk (AWS Snowflake, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Archer, etc.,)

Experience in developing and delivering Risk and Compliance focused products at large financial institutions.

US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
